Returns and Refunds
Hi. It's important to us that you're completely happy with your purchase! But sometimes things happen, right! So here you'll find all you need to know to ensure you get exactly the art you want, the way you want.
Returns: Ducks on the Wall guarantees your satisfaction and will give you a full refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. If you don't love it, or you have changed your mind, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Email email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We’ll then send you details on how to return your order
- Return the item in the original packaging. Please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in
- Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it, including any shipping costs
- We process all refunds within 30 days
- Please keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one
Wrong or Damaged Artwork: In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong artwork or your artwork arrived damaged or in poor condition, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the problem. You will receive an email letting you know when your correct artwork is on its way and details for returning the wrong or damaged items.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
Other Returns: If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
Cancellations: To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, simply email email@example.com with ‘CANCEL MY ORDER' and your order number in the subject line, and we'll cancel it straight away.
